A Curated Escape is a multi-day, fully customised itinerary built around your interests. We combine stays at our two boutique properties — Ella Alpine Resort in the hill country and Elephant Path by Alpine Resorts in the Cultural Triangle — with private transfers, local guides and curated experiences chosen for you.

4 to 8 weeks ahead is ideal — that gives us time to design the itinerary, secure scenic train seats, book preferred safari jeeps and confirm your dates. We can also turn around shorter-notice journeys; just talk to us.

Each journey is quoted as a single all-inclusive price covering accommodation at both properties, all transfers, your private guide, included experiences, breakfasts and 24/7 concierge support. Pricing depends on travel dates, group size, room category and the experiences chosen. We send a clear quote after the design call — no surprises.

Yes — that is the whole point. We design every journey from scratch around your dates, group, interests and pace. Add days, swap experiences, add other parts of Sri Lanka, build in rest days, accommodate dietary or accessibility needs — whatever you need.

Within 24 hours we reply with a friendly note and a few clarifying questions. We then send a draft itinerary you can review. We refine together over email or WhatsApp until you’re happy, take a deposit to confirm, and you arrive to a fully prepared journey.

Absolutely. Many of our curated escapes are designed for solo travellers — the privacy and personal pace actually shine. We can also pair you with optional small-group experiences if you’d like to meet other travellers along the way.

Yes. We frequently add Yala safari, Galle Fort, the south coast beaches, or Nuwara Eliya tea country. We work with trusted partner properties for those nights and keep the journey seamless under one plan.

Free cancellation or amendment up to 30 days before arrival, and partial refund within 30 days depending on what is already booked on your behalf (train tickets, safari jeeps, partner hotels). We keep it human — talk to us if life happens.
